About me
Hello, my name is Tiffany South and I believe that a "home" setting that is safe and secure is the best environment for child care during the most important time in a child's development.
I have a daughter who is Homeschooling now and my husband who is a police officer. We have been married for 13 years.
I have been providing full time child care in my home since July of 2012.  In August of 2015 I obtained my business state license for in home care. I stay on top of Childcare Trainings and classes. Including CPR, First aid, Fire Saftey (we have a fire drill monthly), Infant saftey classes, I have a background check every 2 years though the state. My clients have included Infants, Toddlers, and School  age children.  Full time and Part time clients whom all have become my daycare "family."

My goal is to provide
- A safe environment
- A learning environment
- A growing environment
- A caring environment

Day care
Throughout the day your child will have opportunity to learn and grow through a structured day.  I follow a daily schedule for Infants, Toddlers, and for before and after school care children.  I include variety of indoor and outdoor activities in a child's day.
After school care
I also provide after school care for those children who attend in the Valley View and Mountain Ridge district of Berkeley County.  I assist with homework assignments if needed and provide snacks after school.
Certified Daycare

Caring, Trained, Professional

The safety of the children under my care is my highest priority.  I am certified in infant/child CPR and First Aid. Once a month I conduct a fire drill to ensure the safty of the children.  I keep current on a variety of child care trainings and have credentials in order to  provide the highest quality of care for your child.  I participate in STARS (West Virginia state training and registry system).  I support Breastfeeding moms, we are nut free.
  1. Books and Learning
I believe highly in education, which is why here you will find a learning environment that focuses on reading above all. Everyday we have story time for the children. A large variety of books are offered daily and I practice ABCs, 123's, science activities, music and Much more.
  2. More Individual Care
With a home child care setting I can focus more on individual learning needs. I can also create a learning environment to meet your child's specific development level.
  3. Arts and Crafts
Children will fill their days with coloring pages, coloring books, stickers, painting and other arts and crafts projects that they get to take home.
  4. Lunch Provided
Lunches and two daily snacks are included with your rate for Toddlers and School children. A variety of healthy meals are offered, and I will also provide if your child has specific meal needs. ** We are Peanut and tree nut free!!
